Mounts on the MT-120

Mounts on the Bobcat MT-120 mini skid steer, using its auxiliary hydraulics to power the 60-inch cutter. It handles brush and woody stems up to about three to four inches. Pair it with the root grapple to stack and haul what you cut.

What the brushcat mower does

The Brushcat is a heavy-duty rotary cutter, essentially a rugged, high-power mower built for material a lawn mower would choke on. Its 60-inch deck and thick blades chew through tall grass, palmetto, briars, saplings, and brush, including woody stems up to roughly three to four inches thick, and mulch them down to ground level.

Mounted on the Bobcat MT-120 mini skid steer, it becomes a proper land-clearing tool. The machine's hydraulics drive the cutter with enough power to keep working through dense Florida undergrowth, and the compact, tracked chassis takes it into wooded lots, fence lines, and back corners a tractor and bush hog cannot reach. You mow the overgrowth down in passes, then swap to a grapple to rake and stack what you cut.

For an overgrown quarter-acre lot, a fence line that has grown shut, or the back half of an acreage parcel, the Brushcat clears in a day what would take a crew with hand tools a miserable weekend.

Jobs it is built for

Clearing overgrown lots

Mow down palmetto, brush, and saplings on a neglected lot to get to workable, usable ground for a build, a fence, or sod.

Fence lines and property edges

Cut back overgrown fence lines and property boundaries that a mower cannot touch and that are punishing by hand.

Acreage and rural maintenance

Keep pasture, trails, and rural acreage knocked down, reaching the wooded corners a tractor cannot get into.

Pre-clearing before a project

Knock the vegetation down first so you can see the ground, then grade, dig, or fence the cleared area.
