Do you deliver, and how much does delivery cost?

Yes. Delivery is free within 25 miles of Jacksonville. Beyond 25 miles it starts at $150 and scales with distance. You can also pick up and return at our yard at 17070 Wells Rd, Jacksonville, FL 32234. We deliver 7 days a week, 24/7.

What's included in the rental price?

Every rate includes the damage waiver. Prices are plus Florida sales tax — there are no junk fees. We never advertise "tax included"; the number you see is the rental rate, and sales tax is added at checkout.

What areas do you serve?

We serve Duval, Clay, St. Johns, and Nassau counties — including Jacksonville, Jacksonville Beach, Mandarin, Orange Park, Middleburg, Green Cove Springs, Fleming Island, St. Augustine, Ponte Vedra, Fernandina Beach, Yulee, and Callahan.

Do you deliver 7 days a week?

Yes. We run delivery and pickup 7 days a week, 24/7, so we can work around your job-site schedule — including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.

Do I need a trailer to rent equipment?

No. We deliver to your job site and pick the equipment back up when you're done. If you'd rather haul it yourself, you're welcome to pick up at our yard, and we also rent trailers if you need one.

Do I need to be a licensed operator?

No special license or certification is required to rent. You'll need to be able to operate the machine safely; we'll walk you through controls and safe operation at delivery and answer questions any time during your rental.

How do deposits and payment work?

We take payment when your rental is confirmed, and certain machines may require a refundable deposit depending on the rental term. We'll lay out the exact deposit and payment terms in writing before anything is charged — no surprises.

Do you offer Net 30 terms for businesses?

Yes. Qualified contractors and businesses can apply for Net 30 billing and purchase-order acceptance. Ask us when you request a quote and we'll get you set up.

Is the equipment insured? Do I need my own insurance?

Our fleet is fully insured and maintained to manufacturer specifications. The damage waiver included in your rate covers normal accidental damage. For commercial jobs you may still want your own general-liability coverage; we're happy to discuss what's right for your project.

Do you charge extra for weekends or holidays?

No weekend or holiday surcharge on the rental rate. A weekend rental is billed at our standard daily/weekly rates, and we deliver and pick up 7 days a week.

Can I rent attachments with a machine?

Yes. Our mini skid steers run attachments like the Brushcat mower, grapple bucket, auger, and pallet forks. Add the attachments you need when you request a quote and we'll include them in your pricing.

What's your cancellation policy?
